CVTailorly helps people present their real experience well. To keep it useful and safe for everyone, you must not use it to:

• invent or misrepresent experience, qualifications, professional registrations, employers, dates or references, or create documents meant to deceive an employer;
• upload someone else's CV or personal data without their permission;
• upload anything unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing or that infringes someone else's rights;
• try to break, overload or get around the security, rate limits, payment checks or credit system;
• scrape the site or copy our content in bulk, except through the published API and MCP server within their limits;
• share, sell or publish your API key, or use the service to build a competing product;
• send malware or try to get unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.

If this policy is broken

We may remove content, block requests, suspend an API key or refuse service, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. If we suspend you without good reason, we'll refund any unused credits.
