Tips for a business analyst CV
- Explain what changed because of your work, not only the documents you produced.
- Name your methods and tools as the advert does, such as BPMN, MoSCoW or Jira.
- Mention domain knowledge (banking, insurance, public sector) clearly; it's often a hard filter.
- Keep jargon to what a non-specialist recruiter will recognise.
Pay varies by employer, region and experience. The official sources below give typical ranges. Salary checker (ONS data).
